Taboola operates at meaningful scale, making the challenges complex, commercially relevant, and genuinely interesting to solve. It is a collaborative, low-ego, highly driven organisation with ambitious and exciting growth plans. Colleagues are high-calibre, take strong individual ownership and work within a supportive team culture, while leadership focuses on asking rather than telling. This allows allows deep domain expertise to surface and benefit the business as a whole. Workplace experience is best in class.

Cons

The pace and ambiguity is not for everyone. The environment can move quickly and unpredictably, often with imperfect or fractured information, which might feel uncomfortable for those who prefer structure from day 1.
