Revenue is exploding, great vibe in office. Drive to win the game, highly competitive atmosphere, they want to kill it!

Pros

Some of the positive reviews here reflect what Taboola used to be—a great place to work with strong leadership and a clear vision. But ever since the stock started tanking, the pressure has led to short-sighted decisions, gutting the “old guard” who built the company and replacing them with so-called “talent” from big-name companies. Here’s the problem: managing a team at LinkedIn doesn’t prepare you to run an organization or build a culture. Instead of leaders who understand the business, Taboola is now stacked with people more concerned with optics than execution. The result? Constant reorgs, shifting goalposts, and leadership that makes decisions without considering their impact on the people actually driving revenue. Sales management is reactive, not strategic, and top performers are often sidelined. There’s little transparency, inconsistent communication, and a revolving door of talent looking for better opportunities.
