Supportive leadership, great teamwork, and a strong culture of ownership. Clear priorities, lots of trust, and opportunities to contribute beyond the job description. Cross-functional collaboration is encouraged and recognized. I’ve felt welcomed and empowered from day one.

Cons

The pace is fast and can be demanding at times, especially while still learning systems and processes. Some information flows could be more streamlined as the company scales.
