Pros

The overall atmosphere is relaxed and supportive, which helped me adapt quickly. The team-building activities organized by the company allowed me to get to know my colleagues better. One-on-one conversations with my manager and the “Ask Me Questions” sessions have been very helpful for me to understand the project more clearly and build confidence.

Cons

Some of the documentation could be more structured, which would make it easier for new members to ramp up quickly.
