      The dictatorship of Director and cheap politics of HR. Even you are not directly under the hierarchy of the director, but still, the director will poke nose in your work. You cannot work peacefully unless you don't sit and praise the HR and director regularly.

      - Fast track to get promoted if you're Israeli - Kleenex culture. They fired many people with no reason - You have to be available 24/7 for your clients and managers

      Cons

      Lots of politics and bad environment as HR and Director are not doing their duties properly. They both are destroying the talent and hard work of the employees. No appreciation and lots of pressure they put on employees and even we don't get much time for ourselves.
