There are a lot of great personalities in the DACH team. Super skilled, fun to work with and very supportive team culture. Multiple offices across Germany and EMEA, so it's a very international business environment you can learn lots from.

Cons

Great people, leaders and projects. A data driven company but very open to new ideas and suggestions coming from the inside. A company making core employees wellbeing, diversity and inclusion. Leadership is very accessible, communicates very transparently and regularly

As all companies sizing very quickly some silos between teams can be created

- fun place to work - smart people around, very friendly and helpful - great support from the management during difficult covid time - transparent communication on a company level, really makes a difference - you can get involved in wider projects, outside your main job, and grow both vertically and horizontally - initiative is welcome - diverse and inclusive culture - fast communication, fast decisions - flat hierarchy

Cons

- can be a bit chaotic as the company is in-between a start-up and an established enterprise. - very fast-paced, can be intense and noisy at times, so prioritization is key.
