Great office space/Great people for the most part

Cons

Sadly the Pros are outweighed by the Cons. Strong/Smart employees do not get recognised while others coast by doing next to nothing. Big focus on hiring based on language rather than skill resulting in very inexperienced teams. Poor and unskilled Management team

As a practice, we revisit global compensation trends each year to determine salaries. In 2019, a whopping 33% of Taboolars (global) had new roles via promotion, or moving laterally to different teams. Globally, our attrition numbers are below industry average. We value each and every member of our team, and we always maintain open communication on an ongoing basis. Pros

Taking care of their employees. Good benefits COO has impregnated its data minded mindset into the culture of the company. Clear vision despite not exploring all the high risk/high rewards opportunities that are available.

Cons

poor mid level management. They try to train their managers/director when they should have not been able hired in the first place. There is definitely a lack of process/metrics when it comes to pick the right employees.
