I have been working at Taboola for almost 3 years and as one of the first sales managers on the DACH market I was lucky enough to see a market grow from zero to #1 market player within less than 3 years. The rapid growth speaks for the quality of the product as well as the endless efforts of a highly skilled and motivated DACH team. The management on the DACH market is great. Very approachable, you will be heard, receive constructive feedback and be supported in extending your skills and working on weaknesses. The London office had almost quadrupled in size during the time. But even though the company is becoming more corporate, people & culture are still very unique. You will find yourself surrounded by very smart and fun colleagues from all over the world. , Besides the official company events, parties and off-sites, there are many after work activities going on. Now is a great time to join the German team - The recently opened Berlin office will be growing very quickly.

-The company has grown very rapidly and in some aspects behaves like a start-up, which they are not anymore -Career development has become more of a problem
