      Pros

      Lots of room for growth, inward mobility, they only hire kind/smart people (not a toxic type of office) stocked kitchen, amazing office (located in flatiron) they actually care about diversity--and are consciously trying to hire more woman/POC/and LGBT

      No Cons. This is the best work culture I've experienced.

      Pros

      - Great people, very cooperative and supportive, a lot of smart people I can learn from - Interesting products, with lots of data to play with and an opportunity to affect how news and media is consumed globally - Very innovative, willing to take risks with small and big changes to the product and the business model - Fast moving, even though the company is pretty big already (more than 1000 people) - Data driven, ideas and changes are considered based on the data regardless of who supported the idea initially

      Cons

      - Not the best work life balance - people here are working hard and you're expected to work hard - Brash and at times a bit loud culture

      Pros

      This company has everything that you would want in an employer. Empowered employees, great environment (especially the offices), good management and leadership, a real focus on hard technology and good pay / benefits.

      Cons

      Not a lot of downside here. The only thing I can say is that if you are looking for a place to "float", this isn't the place for you. Taboola asks people to work hard.
