Still some incredibly smart and kind people around Interesting scale and data challenges The tech foundation is solid, though underused

Cons

Culture is deteriorating fast. Innovation has taken a back seat to rigid processes and top-down mandates. Leadership is deeply disconnected from the day-to-day. Most communication revolves around how often we come to the office, not around our products, people, or future. Morale is low. Motivation is slipping as talented colleagues leave or get pushed out quietly. HR is in chaos — recent reorganizations were rolled out with zero transparency. People you worked with closely just vanished, with no acknowledgment or explanation. Feels robotic and cold. What used to be a vibrant, product-driven culture is turning into a box-checking, American-corporate playbook operation. It’s disheartening.
