      Pros

      * all employees get a say in the product creation and product evolution is pretty quick * winning over many of the top markets from the biggest competition * super friendly surrounding and great care is taken of the employees

      Cons

      * low technology product so far - they're working on catching up but started a little late * decisions are made by few people who don't always have the full picture * the platform needs replacing (in the process of doing so) because it wasn't built for the capacity it's working on right now

      Nice building Nice door man Nice Gym Regular Coffee

      Toxic environment, egos and favoritism towards some employees. Lack of vision and opaque transparency with management (not professional management and they lack of ethics) in general. Under qualified people in management positions. Most managers have no clue of what they are doing and they put their employees to do their job. Salary is very low for the industry. Very low possibility to grow.
