      Pros

      They just increased my salary without me asking, because they saw the market has changed! They really care about their employees - the managers are professional and impressive, we have lots of team gatherings despite covid, sending packages and swag. The impact is immediate - on a good day my team and I can make an adjustment that will make the company earn millions of $$ Very flexible hybrid policy

      Some benefits could improve, like 10bis allowance, and the welfare activities are modest comparing to other big companies

      Issue with diversity/inclusion

      Pros

      Fast growing company and very unique product offering to digital marketing market.

      Cons

      The company's important positions are filled with people of Israeli background not much diversity exits in C-suite positions as well as regional senior leadership in some Non-US/Non-Israeli market. I know of this incident a few years back where a pretty senior manager who was non-Israeli background person traveled to Muslim countries for his wedding and he was forced to leave the company for a very awkward reason which he never deserved.
