      Pros

      This company has everything you could want. A great product that works for marketers, very smart leadership that listens and takes action, career pathing, and a fantastic culture. They celebrate successes weekly, offer free lunch and snacks, and have a great office in NYC.

      Cons

      There really are none that I can think of. It sounds strange, I know. But there really isn't anything that comes to mind. You have a great opportunity here, very simple.

      - Amazing onboarding process. You are set up for success since day 1 - Friendly and collaborative company where you can ask for help and work on a special project and be sure that no one will let you down - Sustainable business - Good organization of operations and access to a lot of technologies and tools to minimise the repetition of unnecessary tasks - The team in London is the best team I have ever worked with - You work hard but job doesn't follow you at home, so to speak

      Cons

      - You must be into Ad Tech. It can be a bit repetitive in terms of what you sell and what you talk about with clients - A lot of team activities and team moments. If you are shy or introvert, you need to step out of your comfort zone. - Mid-Level salaries are below industry average
