      Pros

      Colleagues are nice. Office is cozy.

      Cons

      No system at all. No policy to follow. HR couldn't provide the clear information. Not attractive salaries. No career path. They consider only Israeli. No career growth defenitely and you will learn nothing from working here.

      It seems like you are having a very negative experience, and for that I’m quite sorry. Taboola is working hard to create career paths and growth opportunities across all locations and business units. In 2017 alone, over 20% of our employees moved, or were promoted into, new roles across Taboola. Transparency is something Taboola values, and we’ve created programs such as monthly departmental all-hands meetings to share upcoming projects, quarterly all hands meetings where the leadership team shares our actual performance numbers, and monthly letters from the CEO on new developments. I encourage you to speak to your manager, business unit leader, or Human Resources to help you get the information you are looking for. We do appreciate the feedback, this is helping us to grow.

      Great company but with its issues

      Pros

      - Fantastic culture, and trying very hard to maintain a startup environment - Continue to hire smart, motivated and talented people. The interview process is long but definitely yields great hires - Stocked kitchen and free food 24/7 - Being part of one of the fastest growing companies in the world. - Industry leading tech and algo - Humble attitude across the company and focus on not getting complacent. Its awesome to be part of a company that appreciates competition is a good thing and recognises that as long as you have a great product and sales drive you don't have to resort to beating down the competition. - Founder and President/COO are both phenomenal leaders.

      Cons

      - Frustration setting in with people finding it difficult to progress - Local MD's do not seem to wield much power for change. Seems to all come from the very top. - Favouritism towards Israeli's in management and lack of diversity. No female representation in senior management which is poor for a company of this size.
