      Strong pay and benefits, but occasional layoffs

      1. Great health / medical coverage 2. Competitive Pay 3. Strong Talent pool and Multicultural teams

      Cons

      1. Occassional layoffs when business is weak 2. The usual Public Company pains - policies are not always clear. 3. Career Progressions and lateral movement is weak despite management verbally supporting it (reality is harder).

      Processes can sometimes feel disorganized as the company continues working toward greater global alignment and standardization. Additionally, strategic priorities and directions can change frequently, which may create uncertainty at times.
