We’re constantly looking for the balance between providing more structure (career path would be a good example) and keeping our culture start up- like and flexible.       It's a very cold place to work. It's definitely lacking culture. It takes awhile for people to warm to you. Taboola thinks they are much bigger and well known than they actually are. Does not nurture staff - there's a lot of pressure to know everything about the industry with little training to support this. They don't like it if you ask questions and this is seen as a weakness of your ability to do your job. Bringing in money to the company takes first place above everything else, including its staff. Targets are too high. Some of team leads are inadequate at leading a team.
