      Great place to work at, but R&D mostly driven by a handful of good engineers

      Pros

      One of the most advanced R&D departments in Israel, great culture, benefits and work-life balance, awesome people, beautiful offices.

      Cons

      R&D middle-management is a bit inexperienced, too much emphasis on processes (get ready for tons of meetings), poor recruitment process (company struggles finding good engineers), there are a handful of great engineers carrying the massive department on their backs.
