      Pros

      I love that everyone is so nice and helpful and that there is zero tolerance for internal politics. I love the Can Do attitude, where all new ideas and initiatives are welcome and the answer to any of these will always be "Yes, how" and never "No way". I love that everyone is so smart and there are so many people to learn from. I love that the company encourages us to grow our career and seek out new opportunities within the company with the support of our managers and the HR team. I love the collaborative and team spirit that makes our work environment feel like family.

      The pace is very fast which is not always suitable for everyone.
