- Horrible Upper management - culture is all about selling and you couldn't leave at the designated 6 p.m. dismissal without feeling like a slacker. Their underlying expectation is for you to work over time all the time Zero Work life balance, yes I understand it's a start up but you should be able to have a personal life too Did I mention horrible upper management? They do not have a clue in managing teams
