      -Some of the smartest people in the advertising technology business -Management and Product are always open to hearing how we can better the company and will let you own the recommendations -Employee Recognition for achievements and outstanding work -Benefits, benefits, benefits! Especially for families -Free breakfast and lunches -The morale is the highest at Taboola than it has been at any other adtech companies I've worked for, and I'm a veteran of 10+ years -Sales support is unlimited- pre and post-sales -Transparency is some of the best to which I've been exposed at past companies -Never complacent as it relates to product offerings. Taboola is innovative and always working on new solutions to stay ahead of the game -Great with tracking ROI on sales investments and willing to put money towards certain events and sponsorships, if they feel it would benefit the sellers and the company- i.e. annual Sales Conference in various countries around the world, industry summits, webinars, conferences

      . Nice office - plenty of food . Some coworkers are nice and friendly . Good benefits

      ..Work balance - people may leave at 6pm, but you keep being pushed to respond internally emails 24/7 . stressful environment . goals and targets constantly changing impacting employees compensation . Low pay (below average)

      Thank you for your feedback on this. Work/life balance is a really big part of Taboola’s mission. Adam Singolda, our CEO, recently wrote in a blog post that “When it comes to work-life-balance, I talk internally at Taboola and externally in other channels about the importance of working hard, “startup-level-hard,” but also the importance of balancing other meaningful things and events in life. It’s not about “more more more” at all costs, but rather about being efficient with our time, and prioritizing so we can do what we love for a long time.” As with any aspect of Taboola, work/life balance is something we are always working on, and making sure every employee feels empowered to strike that balance is critical for Taboola.
