Pros

This company has everything you could want. A great product that works for marketers, very smart leadership that listens and takes action, career pathing, and a fantastic culture. They celebrate successes weekly, offer free lunch and snacks, and have a great office in NYC.

Cons

There really are none that I can think of. It sounds strange, I know. But there really isn't anything that comes to mind. You have a great opportunity here, very simple.
