As an IC my colleagues make it a fun place to work but leadership is not included in the positive (see below)

Cons

Extremely low pay for the sales managers and account managers in the Growth team. The leadership continues to make it more difficult to pay this specific team even though it generates the most revenue. The new leadership is fostering a culture that is extremely micromanaged even for top performers.

At times, certain decisions seem like they doesnt come with clarity, which creates confusion at time of transition & chaos
