* The pay, benefits and work/life balance are awesome. * Management is very kind, from HR reps to managers to VPs. Everyone is considerate of everyone else. * The New York office is in a great location -- easy for commuters to reach and lots of stuff to do / places to go for lunch. * The leadership has made Taboola the leader in its field.

Cons

* The media niche Taboola occupies isn't huge. * The digital press as an industry isn't doing well after decades of losing readers to social media platforms.
