      Great culture and people! The company truly cares about the employees!

      Cons

      The new compensation plan for 2024 is awful! Why are you making it harder to sell new business? We also don't get credit for sales we were compensated on in the past! I love Taboola, but the new comp plan is incredibly demotivating!!!

      Amazing Culture and People Given a lot of autonomy in my role Attainable Quotas

      Cons

      Internal Mobility is often limited within one department and requires changing teams Internal processes changes are rolled out and back more often than I would like and this limits stability within the role

      Poorly Communicated and Irregular Work Responsibilties and Expectations

      Good work life balance, flexible hours

      Cons

      Started as Frontend engineer but pushed and expected to work on Backend without formal training or change in title/pay. Poor communication about project requirements and expected standards. Required to communicate with engineers in vastly different time zones.
