Great HR team, well dedicated to employee wellbeing. Good sense of teamwork across different teams. Great work-life balance. Well qualified and dedicated leadership in most teams Senior Executive Team communicates with the company in a level I hadn't seen in any company before Company is making a real effort in being more diverse

Cons

Lack of clarity on a broader vision for the future. Not a lot of diversity in leadership. The company appears to be making a real effort to improve that, which of course, takes time. Training methods fail to cover some of the basics, generating a lack of basic internal knowledge in some team members, if they're not willing to go the extra mile to learn. To the company's credit, there's a lot of information at our fingertips.
