      Pros

      Very collaborative environment where you can come up with ideas, take the ball and run with them. There's trust in individuals to be experts in their domain, everyone is receptive to new ideas. Fun offices always stocked with food/drinks and often have events in the offices to get people talking.

      Cons

      The teams are spread out globally, across time zones which makes collaboration a little slower, but that is common for a business of their size
