Leadership is approachable, supportive, and genuinely open to new ideas, fostering a strong culture of trust and ownership. From a strategic EA perspective, the role goes beyond traditional support, offering global exposure and the opportunity to partner closely with leadership, manage priorities, and contribute meaningfully to business outcomes. It’s a fast-paced environment that encourages initiative, growth, and continuous learning.

      There are no significant drawbacks from my experience so far. The pace can be demanding at times due to the global and dynamic nature of the business; however, this also contributes to accelerated learning, exposure, and professional development.
