Pros

It was a fun place to work and a really easy job from a Management point of view.

Cons

They allow too much drama from the managers. They allow managers to keep their position when they are not doing the job.

My low level coworkers are fun.

Pros

You can call in whenever you don't feel like coming in for whatever reason because no one ever gets fired. They cannot keep a staff.

Cons

No job training, no room to advance, no benefits, terrible pay, no one cares about anything, it's always dirty but they freak out over labor so nothing ever gets cleaned, mandatory to work holidays (yet you won't get paid time and a half), no breaks.

Pros

Good Food and restaurant team are fun to work with, free meals, nice employees, people help with schedules, depends what franchise you work for.

Cons

Too much pressure, Inspections, SWS, Crazy Labor and Food Cost budgets, bonus are from minimum to nothing, uniforms sucks, no breaks.
