Pros

A sometimes flexible schedule Ocasisionally the staff gets along Good starter job (for a short time) Free employee meal Not as much grease as other fast food restaurants

Cons

Staff turn around is very high Very low pay rate for amount of work/stress In my 10 years experience I've noticed favoritism at multiple locations Very hard to move up within the company Haven't had a raise in 3 years, only raise was during promotion to shift leader Denied insurance because I didn't "see the paper in the office to sign" that I was never told about Training is almost absent, been told for the past year possible promotion to Assistant Manager and still nothing

Pros

Great company culture at the time I was there including good benefits, off-sites and team building. I enjoyed the free onsite gym with various classes which also had free weights and machines.

Cons

Some favoritism among managers as with any company.

Pros

Management was easy to work with and the hours were flexible. They gave me a lot of free food. New breakfast menu was exciting at the time. The work was easy, it just got really busy sometimes. Get to learn how to do just about everything in the store.

Cons

Once I was in the freezer when it was really full. I was collecting supplies and the boxes started shaking. I thought they were going to fall on me. My life flashed before my eyes. Front counter can be fun or boring depends on the day and what type of person you are. But cleaning the whole lobby before you leave kinda sucks.
