Pros
I learned a lot of skills due to it being my first job. I improved a lot of my skills I still use till this day. It was a good work experience but also very competitive and stressful.
Cons
Managers have taken pain out on minors. Was not trained properly due to different managers during different shifts and was yelled at for it. Had trouble after with getting a new job because of the stress from this position and being scared of treatment in other jobs.
