Pros

Family like atmosphere, fast paced, and overall fun. The other team members will most likely become your friends outside of work as well. The food is great at my location. Very upbeat.

Cons

They will deduct hours from your checks, so always keep your hour slips for proof. The labor required is not worth minimum wage. The managers sometimes get out of control.

Pros

Flexible schedule, fast paced work environment, room for advancement, interesting food products and public interaction. Coworkers are constantly changing to keep things interesting

Cons

training was limited, and meal rush hours can be stressful. Ownership has issue recalling that in order to meet all goals, manpower is necessary.

Pros

I didn't have to cook as a cashier even though it's required knowing how to make an item. Free food.

Cons

It's required knowing how to make an item. Small store with a small parking lot even though it gets full. No career advancement opportunities.
