Pros

The best reason to work there is because you will be able to work 40 hours and promotions are promoted within the company.

Cons

The challenges is working with the management team and they were unorganized. The company would switch RGMs every two years and there was never recognition given within the store. Documentation was not properly wrote up when it came to the store manager, district area coach, and the assistant managers. Communication within the management team was not good at all.
