Pros

Flexible hours , work hard and its easy to be promoted. Pay is pretty good compared to other fast food restaurants. I started as a team member and in 6 years I worked hard and now I'm a general manager. So work your way up shift leader to assistant manager to GM and then District Manager

Cons

Sometimes its stressful if people call out and your short staffed for a day. Also its impossible to please some customers mo matter how hard you try.

Pros

You work to make the money you want. This was a job that helped me get through roughly a year of school. Easy to do, talk to customers, hand out orders, handle money. you also got a small discount. Sometimes you get a lot of hours

Cons

It's Taco Bell. People will get mad at you for messing up if you're not quick enough or getting their orders right. My location prided itself on being quick so I had to keep with it. Sometimes I didn't get a lot of hours.
