Pros

The team in the restaurant is generally young and fun.

Cons

Unpaid extra hours, poor organisations. They push employees to burn-out which leads to many change in shifts and last minute calls to come to work. When working in night sifts you can finish work at 5 am cleaning the restaurant because they don’t want to hire a cleaning team and you’ll only get paid until 00:30. And they will call you to come back to work at 2pm, which unable you to have a life outside the restaurant.
