Pros

Some of the best reasons to work in my opinion are the other crew members. The crew members there were really nice to me. They actually put a person on a cash register next to me to make sure I was doing everything correctly when they let me "learn" how to work drive-thru.

Cons

Some of the downfall unfortunately is in the management there. It may have changed now since 2008 but back then it was crazy! My first day there I was treated like Cinderella. I had to bad cinnamon twists and clean the lobby and bathrooms all day. Granted if I remember correctly I did get a free meal. If only that would have been my job, cleaning, and doing little odds and ends in the kitchen and been a help and that was my job and that was all that would have been great!! However, the next day they through me on a register. I had a person stand by my side and make sure that I was doing everything correctly for only 3 days!! Something tells me it should have at least been a week. I did get it going though. Always smiling and taking orders. Then I learned drive-thru with help! Then family things happened and I unfortunately had to leave without saying goodbye and whatever was put on my record, even though I've tried to get hired at a Taco Bell again recently, they won't hire me or say why.
