Boring Job

Pros

There are flexible hours, but other than that it's really boring. The flexible hours work for me being in school.

Cons

The pay is low and they are very selective with the amount of hours. You must work the weekends, even you are availible for most of the week.

Fast Paced but can be rewarding

Pros

The experience that you gain while working in a face paced environment while being faced to face with customers can help a person to develop characteristics that will be helpful in other aspects of a person's life. The skills obtained are very valuable.

Cons

There are downsides to working fast food just like any other industry. Unfortunately, the pay grade is considerably decreased from other forms of employment, but it can be manageable. Another downside is at times customer satisfaction may be difficult to obtain, a person will need to know how to deal with these types of situations. This type of work is highly suggested for those just entering the workforce learning responsibility and balance.
