Pros

We were able to have free bottomless drinks. Most of the team leaders / managers were really nice. You basically became friends with the people you worked with. Filled with young people so it was a pretty chill environment.

Cons

Felt a bit like the environment in school. A lot of unnecessary drama and gossip as well as just abuse of power by those in leadership roles. There was also a lot of favouritism such as promotions being given to individuals who didn’t deserve no have the expertise for it and yet because they were friends with the ‘managers’ they got a higher role and therefore higher pay. Also a lot of the time other employees would just stand there and talk and ignore customers leaving all the work to one colleague causing them to run around during hectic times. Also apparently it was classed as ‘stealing’ if employees ate food that was made wrong and going to be chucked out anyway.
