More Negatives than Positives

Pros

Flexible hours, lenient on tardiness, and 50% off one purchase for the day of less than $5.00 on the day you work. I recommend this to anyone who doen't have any work experience at all.

Cons

Witnessed a lot of arguing and people who literally had bipolar disorders. The worst part is that the General manager would tolerate all of it. And you would almost NEVER get to eat even if you worked a shift of 7 hours or more.

Pros

The work schedule can be flexible, team members are kind of cool, work can be fun.

Cons

They do not always give you the hours you deserve, you are under appreciated, the pay is horrible, moving up in the company can be hard, supervisors are lazy and have favorites, store managers are worse and they only last for a few months and there is always another one that says they will last, customers are demanding, the breaks are few and short.
