Pros

The health benefits package and 401k is great. Lots of activities at this company and get to participate as long as you are not part of the helpdesk. The PTO are very generous and that's not including the sick days being lump summed together. The job is easy to learn and doesn't require much experience as long as you are willing to learn.

Cons

Management wants you to come into work when you feel sick and make you feel guilty for not coming to work. Employees have a Cisco Agent Status showing when you going to the restroom. You get a thank you card instead of a better review for annual performance when you do a good job. You will never get a promotion if you don't play the political game.

Pros

Company is backed by YUM Brands and has great senior team leadership. Pay is good, balance of personal life, good culture.

Cons

Taco Bell works there GM's very hard. They are always focused on your development and your teams, but once your a GM your never going anywhere. The Area Coaches that are good are few and far between. When the work day is over, trust no one

Pros

Tacobell and other fast food restaurants offer you a flexible schedule so it's perfect for if your attending college or highschool. It's very simple work and doesn't require any prior knowlege and it's very easy to catch on to. Another bright side is that everyone is pretty easy going and willing to help you out. Also, the cash registers are electronic so you don't need to learn how to count back change if your bad at math

Cons

Alot of customers get cranky when they don't get their food on time, and they express their bad moods directly to you. The down side of this is that your not aloud to be rude back to them. All you can do is smile, and appologize. It's sometimes hard to keep your cool when someone is cussing at you.
