Pros

They treat you like a person not just a cog. Respectable hours of work are given as schedule. They appreciate hard work.

Cons

It can be hard work to deal with customers, especially considering the field of work will most likely give some challenging customers.

Pros

Great place to start out because you get customer service experience and cash handling experience. It's also easier to get a job than at other places looking for experience.

Cons

It is like a restaurant and therefore each place is different. Some might be franchise and not offer benefits.
