Pros

Nice building to work in, offer good pay, ability to move departments pretty easily, gym on site, snacks available in break areas

Cons

the leaders have no long-term vision. they make decisions for tomorrow with no disregard to next month. layoffs occur almost every year. it's constant chaos.

Pros

reputable company, has a small gym, day-care

Cons

company's preference towards marketing department is very sickening (they regurgitate rhetoric that they paid for), little opportunity to grow, HR gives the impression of uselessness and fake, company would rather seek talent outside than train internally, everything seems fragmented, no process,

Pros

pay is good for the industry. opportunities for internal advancement if you are willing to work yourself to exhaustion. job security if you perform to standard

Cons

high and unreasonable expectations. always having to help out other peers even though your own job is overwhelming. poor work life balance. they reorganize the system too often so you end up with new leadership every year.
