Pros
TailorMed is rapidly scaling company that offers a tremendous amount of opportunity to grow professionally. Besides being a "feel good" organization with a very personal mission, we have a diverse workforce and feel very connected in a remote world. Everybody is always willing to help. I was so excited to join the team and and now I'm even more excited to help the team grow!
Cons
Hard to think of any cons but I don't want to be entirely biased. As with any fast growing company, there is a need to move FAST! Things change, there is a lot to learn. If you remember that everyone is here and is willing to help- this will be a con you don't have to worry much about.
