Leaving the Company

Pros

Clothing discounts on all clothing

Cons

If you leave this company, you will not be paid for unused vacation time. If you plan to leave, do not give notice; request vacation time, and do not return when the vacation is over. And the company will contest your unemployment state unemployment filing. Always appeal the ruling if it is against you. Force the company to defend its actions before the various (there may be the need to file several appeals)...drag it out, make it expensive for the employer to try to deny unemployment. This is a good practice to follow at any employer.

Pros

Men's Wearhouse gave a very fun and educational first job experience. Learned customer service skills, sales skills and tricks to use, and communication skills to use in everyday life.

Cons

Not much I can say for cons about this company.
