      Pros

      It's decent pay, with only a 2year degree required in the Tucson, Arizona area. Ventanna is a decent but highly liberal company connect to swizz company Roche.

      Cons

      Poor management. Tailored management is a horrible company and I'm working on getting out. This company doest not value its workforce.

      Pros

      Wonderful vacation package, awesome parties, good benefits package.

      Cons

      No raises, no room for growth, the environment is honestly like being in high school where the favorites get the good stuff and everyone else doesn’t matter. Be ready to be let go without anything being wrong. I watched so many people come and go during my years working there.

      Thank you for the feedback. I'm not sure what transpired during your tenure but we do have a regimented raise process, when you are in recruiting you elevate from Jr. Recruiter to Recruiter to Sr. Recruiter all accompanied by a raise. These promotions are based on performance as with all organizations. As an organization that has realized year over year growth averaging 30% I believe there are ample opportunities for upward mobility and compensation increases.
