Business Outlook
Pros
These are a great bunch of people who really care for their employees. I worried they'd fade into nothing after I started my assignment, but they care for you and truly do want you to succeed. They also make sure that when you communicate to them, that you're taken care of and feel secure.
Cons
Slight con, but no gamechanger: the emails I received during the hiring process I feel kind of hinted that after a year contractors would become FTEs, which isn't the case. So, I tend to get nervous when my contract comes due if I will still be in a job (COVID doesn't help). I've never worked as a contractor so I may have misunderstood the verbiage.
