      Pros

      Through the past 3 years I have had the opportunity to work with many different clients, going onsite and building relationships with managers and associates. The company also has monthly touchbases with catered in breakfast, team building and associate engagement events, and a super collaborative environment! Management is focused on building up the recruiting team and ensuring success!

      Cons

      None! Sometimes the office is a little chilly, but through a recruiter incentive program most people have mini space heaters! :)

      Pros

      There is amazing work culture here- they treat you extremely well so you're motivated to get your work done. I appreciate getting treated like an adult and being around co-workers who are laid back and want everyone to succeed. They have many amenities in place to assure that the work-life balance is fulfilled. With all the grown over the past year, there is a lot of room to grow vertically or make a lateral move in your career. People are happy here, keep up the great work.
