Tailored Management has been steadily growing in the recent years- making room for a lot more opportunity both in office and with onsite clients. The positions range from temporary to contract-to-hire to direct placement and span warehouse, customer service, general office, finance, HR, upper level management, tech support and high level titles and project work. There is really a place for every level of experience. If a recruiter finds a stellar candidate for an onsite position, management isn't afraid to bring them in to see if they would be a valuable asset to the internal office team. They also have employee incentives for referring friends, quarterly give back bonuses for performance and other onsite incentives. The processes for being hired vary depending on the client/company they are working with and the recruiters are knowledgeable about what requirements need to be done during pre-screening and they do a good job preparing candidates for what to expect. So many companies rely on staffing agencies now- it's a way for both the employee and employer to test the waters with each other and decide if it's a good fit. I know that some people have a hard time thinking of a contract position leading to a long term opportunity, but we see it all the time around here. Some departments start ALL of their new hires through contract only! It is the new way to "get your foot in the door". If you don't "know someone who can get you in", then just get to know "Tailored Management"- they will be your advocate! I have referred about a dozen friends to Tailored Management... so far!
Cons
Could use a sign in front of the building- but the recruiters give good directions, and it's not so hard to find if you follow them.
