Pros

There are zero pros of working here

Cons

They DO NOT pay on time and they scam employees out of their hard earned money. They underpay recruiters and then take 98% of the profits the recruiters bring into the company. Their "commission" policy is a JOKE. It's no wonder they have such high turnover within the company.

I've never heard a complaint about not paying on time, could you elaborate on what you experienced? I can assure you we don't "scam" anyone out of their hard earned money, that is a long term plan for disaster with 0 benefit. I'm interested to hear why you believe this to be true? I'm also eager to hear any suggestions you have to change our commission plan for recruiting. We believe the bonus plan to be very rewarding and fair but if you don't believe otherwise I'd like to know. Looking forward to any suggestions you care to make.

Pros

The flexibility of the environment and workspace is second to none. Work life balance exist from where you can work. They are great at establishing new relationships with clients, and bringing in more and more desirable clientele.

Cons

They require you to stay "on call" all the time, but the pay does not reflect that. The culture is very immature to say the least. They have a high turnover, in part because of the lack of experience by the people who are in the leadership roles. Discrimination is prominent here by the staff, but not addressed by the owner/ executives. The lack of diversity at this day in age is simply sad.

Pros

Culture can be great. Laid back environment, but that can be a con too.

Cons

Culture is good but young and inexperienced. No accountability for those who don't care or aren't doing well. Managers have favorites and it's very obvious. The company spends money on stuff that doesn't matter.. like a pinata but won't spend money on branding jobs when needed.
