Pros

People first culture like no other. This company leads with transperency and has an open almost family like atmosphere. Everyone is always learning and opting in to champion OKRs collectively. Benefits include unlimited pto, a generous health Insurance HRA model, work flexibility, 2% IRA match, etc

Fantastic and caring people work here. I know my colleagues for not only their work product, but as people. Take Command values their lunch culture and I love getting to know my coworkers in this way. I have felt rewarded and appreciated during my time here.
