Pros

T2 has Strong leadership, outstanding and exciting products combined with a successful & clear vision. If you care about the company and it's labels you feel like you are part of it's success. T2 also makes an effort to bring the employees together with regular social programs which is great.

Cons

At points it could be said that there is a lot expected of you, but this is standard these days for excellent companies with a strong workforce. If you want to work for a great company, you should be great too.

Pros

Work day starts later than many other corporate offices. Very relaxed work environment. Unlike most corporate office, everyday is casual Friday. Definately not a traditional CORPORATE office.

Cons

VERY LONG HOURS. You pretty much know when your day starts but not when it ends. Very little room for growth work/ life Balance sucks!

Pros

Dynamic, challenging environment great for those with an entrepreneurial spirit. Terrific office location (in heart of Soho), lots of cool events and perks. Highly engaged, smart and approachable CEO who values employee and always offers a direct line of communication for any questions or ideas.
